Job Title: ServiceNow ITAM LeadLocation: Bloomington, IL (Onsite) Job Description: Seeking an experienced ServiceNow resource with 5 to 7 years of expertise in ServiceNow ITAM, HAM to support enterprise IT asset and hardware asset management implementations.Description: Work extensively with the ServiceNow ITAM, HAM modules to manage and optimize hardware asset lifecycle processesCollaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective integration of ITAM and HAM with other ServiceNow modulesUtilize knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities including APIs workflows and configuration to enhance asset management solutionsParticipate in the design development and customization of ServiceNow applications related to ITAM and HAMSupport the maintenance and continuous improvement of IT asset and hardware asset management processes within the enterprise environmentEnsure compliance with software license and hardware asset policies through effective configuration and automationAssist in troubleshooting and resolving platform issues related to ITAM, HAM modulesMaintain documentation related to system configurations processes and best practicesRoles and Responsibilities Implement and configure ServiceNow ITAM and HAM modules following industry best practicesDevelop and customize workflows business rules client scripts UI policies and actions specific to ITAM, HAM requirements Manage software and hardware asset lifecycle including discovery compliance license management and retirementConfigure integrations with thirdparty systems for data population and synchronization using REST SOAP and other APIsParticipate actively in build activities peer reviews and technical validations to ensure highquality deliverablesDocument technical details release notes and conduct knowledge transfer sessionsCollaborate with stakeholders to support User Acceptance Testing UAT and address any issuesStay current with ServiceNow certifications and best practices related to ITAMHAM to continuously enhance platform capabilitiesSkillsMandatory Skills : ServiceNow ITAM-HAM
