Senior Human Resources Specialist
Role Overview: This contractor will primarily support administrative and operational workstreams within the Compensation department, while also contributing to light process improvements and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Manage administrative tasks and day-to-day operational supportOversee shared inbox management, including triaging and responding to inquiriesSupport service ticket intake and request triagePerform data entry and maintain data accuracy across systemsAssist with basic compensation activities, including pay evaluations and simple analyticsExecute established processes that have already been streamlinedCreate and maintain email rules and support Outlook organizationIdentify opportunities for light process improvementsRequired Skills & Experience:Strong administrative and operational support experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and OutlookExperience managing shared mailboxes and high-volume requestsBasic analytical skills and comfort working with dataFamiliarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and the ability to apply them to improve workflowsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAdditional Qualifications (Preferred):Exposure to HR or Compensation-related processesExperience supporting process improvement initiatives
