The Company is powered by approximately 13,000 dedicated and talented Summary: The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for accurately preparing, packaging, and processing outbound shipments and inbound materials to ensure efficient warehouse operations. This role handles daily tasks such as scanning products into the system, processing pallets and boxes, weighing and labeling items, and assembling shipments according to company standards. The associate will help break down inbound pallets, verify counts, and update the system to resolve discrepancies. They will also wrap pallets, apply proper labels and corner boards, and move finished goods to the correct dock doors.Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions):Process shipments via UPS and FedEx and loading products into trailerProcess pallets systemically through LIDS, scanning products into systemWeight, measure, and label productsProcessing boxes systematically through pack size and physically assemblePackage products, labeling and taping boxesBreakdown inbound pallets and systemic processing of receiptsReview quantity discrepancies and update system as neededWrap pallets utilizing wrap machineEnsure labels left by distribution attendants are assigned to correct palletPut corner boards on product when appropriateMove product to dock door when appropriateHit hour by hour productivity goal; follow and maintain hur by hour boardMaintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring 5S is followed
