Workshop Instructor for Candle Studio

Position: Workshop Instructor with room for management growth Instructors are responsible for leading and providing instructional candle making classes while ensuring an exceptional brand experience for customers through product knowledge, hospitality, and customer service. We are not a typical candle shop, we provide an immersive experience that resonates with our customers and brand. If you're personable, vibrant, willing to learn, able to build relationships with existing and potential customers, you may be a great addition to our growing team! Qualifications: Comfortable speaking to groups - great communicator while maintaining genuine enthusiasm Passion to provide genuine hospitality Self motivated, organized, proactive, comfortable multi tasking Ability to work well individually and within a small team environment 2+ years of customer service management, sales in retail or hospitality industry is highly preferred, but willing to train the right person Ability to work weekends - Saturday, Sunday, and some Friday (please do not apply if you cannot work weekends) Ability to occasionally lift/move 45lbs - wax can be heavy Driven to grow within a small but growing team environment Responsibilities: Lead instructional workshops of up to 16 guests Interacting with guests to create a unique experience Setup and breakdown of workshop materials Maintaining a clean, organized and well stocked workshop Light marketing If you're ready to join our team and be a part of an unforgettable experience, please email us a brief summary about yourself and attach your resume.
