Technical Writer

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear and concise documentation for various technical processes and procedures. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate complex information in a user-friendly manner will be crucial in this role. If you have a passion for writing and a strong understanding of technical concepts, we would love to hear from you.Roles & Responsibilities: Builds the company’s brand narrative in a storytelling format Crafts high impact brand building messages in line with the Quest Global marketing model to deliver Relevant, Emotive and Distinctive messages for internal and external audiences Writes content that helps to establish Quest Global brand as a thought leader across verticals and functions for external audience. External content to be used with external business leaders and potential recruits in our owned media channels Writes content that builds Quest Global brand internally and improves employee engagement. Internal content to be used in employee and corporate communications Activates and stewards the Quest Global brand tone of voice Creates brand writing style guide Requirements Bachelor’s degree Experience in organizations from the IT/ ITES/ERnD vertical 10+ years of professional writing experience Excellent proficiency in grammar Able to deliver thought leadership content pieces Able to translate technical information into engaging consumable content Experience in tech is preferred but not required Ability to coach and develop others Qualities: o aspiration, hunger, humility o Self-starter, resourceful, high collaboration, can juggle multiple projects simultaneously Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.07 - $37.39 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Ability to Relocate: Windsor, CT: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
