Shift Manager/Assistant Manager

In this role, you’ll be a hands-on leader driving daily execution, developing our people, and making sure every guest experiences flavor, speed, and service done right. Responsibilities Lead from the front to deliver fast, accurate, and high-quality Wingstop orders every shift. Set the pace in the kitchen and front line to protect Speed of Service, accuracy, and food quality. Own daily operations including inventory management, ordering, waste control, and labor awareness. Enforce Wingstop food safety standards, proper handling procedures, and cleanliness expectations. Train, coach, and motivate team members to bring energy, teamwork, and hospitality to every shift. Address guest questions or concerns quickly and professionally to drive satisfaction and loyalty. Track and respond to performance metrics such as speed, accuracy, and operational execution. Partner with General Managers and leadership teams to roll out initiatives and raise performance. Qualifications Leadership experience in food service; Wingstop, QSR, or high-volume environments strongly preferred. Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and back-of-house execution. Proven ability to multitask and stay composed in fast-paced, high-pressure situations. Experience managing inventory, controlling costs, and supporting labor goals. Confident communicator who can coach in the moment and lead with accountability. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business requires. Assistant Manager experience is a plus, but drive, discipline, and leadership presence are essential.
