WHAT WE NEED: Ideal Candidate: We seek a Board Eligible/Board Certified Vascular Surgeon, considering experienced surgeons and exceptional new fellowship graduates. Positive interpersonal skills and a desire to build strong community and medical staff relationships are essential. Collaboration with our Cardiology, CV Surgery, and IR service lines is crucial for coordinating high-quality patient care. The candidate should focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction, with a willingness to develop screening processes and outreach programs. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Full-time Surgery Schedule Call: Weekday, weekend & holiday call rotation: 1:4. Robust Outpatient Clinic Inpatient Volume: Varies based on surgical case volumes and inpatient vascular consults. Possible Outreach: Outreach to surrounding Franciscan facilities from the referral center. New Hospital: A new hospital is scheduled to open in 2023, equipped with a Cardiothoracic and Vascular Hybrid OR. Common Diagnoses and Procedures: Peripheral Arterial Disease, Carotid Artery Disease, General Vascular surgery, Femoral Popliteal Bypass, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair/EVAR/TEVAR, Peripheral Stenting/Angio, Aortoiliac DX/ABF/Stenting, Vascular Access/Dialysis - Fistulas.
