Job RequirementsPOSITION SUMMARYThe Center for Learning and Innovations Coordinator provides facilitation, coordination andadministrative support for the Center of Learning and Innovations (CFLI) team, serving a wide range ofAssociates and leaders. The Center for Learning and Innovations Coordinator provides programscheduling, meeting planning, resources/files/learning materials maintenance and updating services. Tosupport students and academic partners, the Center for Learning and Innovations Coordinator partnerswith Education Specialists, and customers to create, review and revise instructional content, policies,and procedures. Additionally, The Center for Learning and Innovations Coordinator providesadministrative support to all members of the CFLI leadership team.Primary Accountabilities Works directly with leadership to ensure goals and objectives of the organization are met byparticipating in and coordinating various tasks including project support, maintainingdocumentation of programs, projects and teams. Creates and maintains records that contain relevant information for programs including rosters,course documents, checklists, flyer information, financial data, CVs, etc, and ensurescompletion of records in a timely manner. Collaborates with Education Development Specialist(s) in coordination of all student clinical(external and internal students) experience related needs, shadowing opportunities, andresidency programs. Collaborates with associates and leaders across the Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) toidentify and facilitate education placement opportunities for students. Assists other users with basic issues regarding Microsoft SharePoint, as well as any questionsor document placement and uploading. Serves as administrative support for the IDN-wide Clinical Best Practice Committee as neededby attending meetings, capturing notes, editing and uploading policies, procedures andguidelines in partnership with the Committee Chair. Participates in the monitoring, review, and updating process for departmental or area policiesand procedures. Serves as a resource to stakeholders across the IDN regarding patient glucometer programsponsored by Health First Foundation. Provides clerical support for the CFLI team including supply management, ordering, anddistribution.Work ExperienceMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Work Experience: Three (3) years’ administrative support or healthcare experience. Licensure: None Certification: None Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:Demonstrates knowledge of Medical TerminologyDemonstrates competence in searching primary medical literature databases (OVID, MEDLINE/PubMed, Cinahl)Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and decision-making skills.Effective time management and organizational skills, ability to prioritize to maximize quality, value and service.Advanced customer service experienceProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and SharePointInteracts with customers, management staff, medical staff and fellow associates in a professional manner.Preferred Qualifications Education: Any one of the following:Associate’s degree in a relevant field ORTwo (2) years’ college level coursework in Business Administration, or Healthcare. Work Experience: Prior healthcare experience.Physical Requirements Majority of time involves sitting or standing; occasional walking, bending, and stooping. Long periods of computer time or at workstation. Light work that may include lifting or moving objects up to 20 pounds with or without assistance. May be exposed to inside environments with varied temperatures, air quality, lighting and/or lowto moderate noise. Communicating with others to exchange information. Visual acuity and hand-eye coordination to perform tasks. Workspace may vary from open to confined.
