Role Description This is an on-site temporary role, based in Miami, FL, for an Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and develop treatment plans to address sensory, motor, and developmental needs in children. Daily responsibilities include providing hands-on therapy, collaborating with families and educational teams, documenting progress, and contributing to individualized education plans. The Occupational Therapist will target meaningful outcomes to support the independence and skills development of the children we serve. Qualifications Strong skills in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation, and a solid understanding of pediatric medicineProficient in working with children, especially in the field of PediatricsExcellent Communication skills for engaging with children, families, and educational teamsAbility to collaborate effectively with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teamsMaster’s degree in Occupational Therapy (required) and current licensure in the state of Florida (required)Experience in working with children with special needs, including sensory processing challenges and developmental delays, is preferredFamiliarity with school-based service delivery and IEP development is a plusStrong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detailPassion for improving the lives of children through dedicated and professional service
