Program Manager

HarmonyTech is currently looking for a talented and self-motivated Program Manager with the ability to work in a challenging, consultative, and collaborative environment. The Program Manager will support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and will be responsible for overall project communications with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Government staff. The role will oversee project implementation, resource activities, milestones, deliverables, issue tracking, schedules, upgrades, migrations, and project reporting.Position is available in the National Capital Region (NCR); requires U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.Required10+ years of program management experience on contracts of similar scope and complexityExperience planning and managing multiple tasks, projects, or contractsDemonstrated technical management and supervisory experienceExperience coordinating large-scale planning efforts for enterprise software and hardware solutionsExperience managing project plans, deliverables, milestones, schedules, dependencies, risks, and issuesExperience gathering requirements and providing technical and analytical guidance to project teamsExperience managing status meetings, action items, project reports, and deliverablesAbility to communicate effectively with Government staff, technical teams, and project stakeholdersExperience providing recommendations and directing the analysis and resolution of technical issuesDesiredExperience implementing large-scale OpenText productsExperience supporting Federal Government or Department of Defense (DoD) programsExperience with enterprise software and hardware implementationsExperience with software upgrades and migrationsExperience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) or Business Process Management (BPM) solutionsCertificationProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationInformation Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certificationEducationBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldEquivalent years of relevant work experience may be considered where applicableAbout HarmonyTechWe have been delivering information technology services and solutions across the federal government and commercial clients for over a decade.
