As a Software Testing Instructor, you will: Deliver live, instructor-led training sessions via Zoom to a small cohort of learners. Guide and support adult learners through their journey into the tech industry. Explain technical topics clearly and simply, especially for beginners. Create an inclusive, engaging, and supportive virtual learning environment. Develop and share beginner-friendly study materials, practical exercises, and projects. Maintain attendance and support student progress tracking. Topics You’ll Teach Preferred to teach all modules—however, just let us know your area(s) of expertise! HTML5 & CSS3 JavaScript Fundamentals Manual Software Testing Databases & SQL Quality Management in Software Development Software Testing Automation with Selenium (using Python) Qualifications English language proficiency is a must (spoken and written) Solid hands-on experience in one or more of the modules listed above Minimum 1 year of teaching or training experience is required Strong communication and instructional skills for nontechnical learners Comfortable using Zoom and digital teaching tools Priority Given To Applicants With: ISTQB Foundation Level Certification Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate Certification Experience with Selenium automation using Python Why Join VCA?
