They are a woman-owned small business with a track record of innovation and growth, recognised as one of America's fastest-growing companies for eight consecutive years.The Role Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering methods throughout the entire system lifecycle, from requirements to validation Develop and maintain system models, architecture products, and digital engineering deliverables for undersea communications systems Support interoperability analysis to ensure effective system operation across various environments Produce model-derived reports, technical summaries, and decision-support products for program leadership Manage and coordinate model information and digital-thread objectives across engineering teams Implement and mature a model-based culture using digital enterprise infrastructure and collaborative modeling practicesWhat You'll Need Bachelor’s degree in engineering, systems engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related STEM field 3+ years of relevant experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering, digital engineering, or system architecture Experience applying MBSE principles to multiple lifecycle activities (requirements, design, analysis, verification, validation, or acquisition) Knowledge of Systems Modeling Language, Unified Modeling Language, or related systems engineering lifecycle processes Experience with collaborative MBSE or digital engineering environments (e.g., MagicDraw/Cameo, Sparx EA, IBM Rational Rhapsody) Active DoD Secret Clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret ClearanceWhat's On Offer Competitive annual salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 Comprehensive benefits package, including 100% company-paid medical, dental, vision, life, STD, and LTD insurance 401(k) plan with discretionary employer matching, 10 paid holidays, and PTO Opportunities for continuous learning, cross-training, and professional growth with educational assistanceApply via Haystack today!
