You are committed to the highest level of care and responsible for the delivery of resident care (baths, personal grooming, feeding) Turn or reposition residents who are bedridden, taking residents' vital signs, and recording fluid and meal intake and output. Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, and safety. Strives to incorporate the facility's goal of quality care in a personal manner with total regard for all our resident's dignity.
