Property and Casualty Licensed Customer Care Representative

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with moderately complex insurance inquiries and issues
Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to compliance and legal requirements
Communicate with customers through various channels and navigate multiple systems
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of customer service experience; call center experience preferred
Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Property and Casualty license required within a designated timeframe
Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
