If you're looking to build a long-term career with the opportunity to grow alongside a mission-driven agency, Silvur Insurance is the place to be as we continue expanding nationwide!ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent member service aligned with Silvur and credit union objectivesIdentify risk management strategies and sales opportunities for Medicare productsEngage with members through referrals, develop new client relationships, and manage existing relationshipsCollaborate with wealth management advisors to provide strategic financial planning tailored to members' goalsMaintain a thorough knowledge of all Medicare insurance product offeringsConduct periodic client reviews and service existing clients to ensure satisfaction and complianceMaintain client records consistent with federal/state regulations and carrier policiesRefer members to credit union deposit and loan products as appropriateMentor new agents as requestedCollaborate cross-functionally to recommend member risk management strategiesStay current on licenses and certifications, completing annual continuing educationExhibit self-motivation and discipline to succeed in a fast-paced sales environmentTravel periodically for training and meetingsPerform other duties as assignedBe accountable for meeting or exceeding benchmark KPIs including quoting, enrollment, and effectuation ratesMaintain persistency and compliance standards in accordance with company and carrier requirementsEnsure timely and accurate documentation to support Medicare sales and enrollment processesConsistently manage a book of business with a focus on member satisfaction and retentionRequirementsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in relevant field preferred0-3 years of experience as a licensed insurance agentLife and Health Insurance licenses required for resident stateExperience working in financial institutions is preferredCommitment to high ethical standards, regulatory compliance, and member-focused servicePhysical RequirementsAbility to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (filing, paperwork processing, typing)Ability to sit for extended periodsAbility to lift 20-40 pounds as neededUse of office equipment, including computer, telephone, copy machine, fax, and calculatorBenefitsCompensation & Benefits$5,000 signing bonus!Base rate: $30 per hourOn-target earnings (OTE): $85,000 - $100,000 annually. You will be an employee of Silvur Insurance Services. Employees receive a total compensation package including a base salary, policy incentive compensation, health benefits, and 401(k) with employer contribution.
