Job Description OverviewWe are a growing Diesel-Powered Generator Manufacturer based in New Castle, DE. Our office is the North American Headquarters.We are looking to add a qualified individual to our technical warehouse team.Core ResponsibilitiesInstallation and CommissioningPerform initial start-up tests including load bank testing and quality control on new generators. Install on board load banks and GPS kits to new generators.Troubleshooting and RepairDiagnosing mechanical and electrical failures in diesel systems using diagnostic software and specialized tools.Safety and ComplianceEnsuring all work adheres to industry safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E) and local electrical codes.DocumentationMaintaining pre-delivery inspection reports and service reports.Required Skills and Qualifications:Technical KnowledgeExpertise in internal combustion engines (diesel), electrical circuits, voltage regulation, and control systems.CertificationsAny brand specific certifications or other training is a plus.EducationA High School Diploma or GED is required. A technical degree or vocational certificate in Diesel Technology or Electrical Systems is a plus.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50–100 lbs, work in tight spaces, and endure various outdoor weather conditions.Driving LicenseA valid driver's license is required.Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In person
