Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Long Beach, CA, for a Marine Electronics Technician. The technician will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various marine electronics systems, including communication, navigation, and electrical systems. Daily tasks include diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, testing components, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Working in a dynamic marine environment, the role involves collaboration with clients and team members to provide top-quality solutions. Qualifications Proficiency in Electronics Technology and knowledge of technical systemsExperience with Soldering and Troubleshooting, as well as diagnosing and resolving system malfunctionsUnderstanding of Electricity principles and hands-on skills in Maintenance & RepairStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailEffective communication skills for interacting with clients and team membersAbility to work effectively in a marine environment and adapt to on-site conditionsRelevant certifications (e.g., ABYC, FCC) and prior marine experience are advantageousHigh school diploma or equivalent; advanced technical training is preferred
