This growth means even moreopportunities for our team and continued stability for our employees.As our company continues to expand, we are seeking a Plumbing Division Manager to joinour growing team!Pay Rate: Competitive salary based on experience.Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.Position Summary: The Plumbing Division Manager will lead the plumbing service team toachieve company revenue goals through exemplary customer and technical service.Essential Functions Integrates sales strategies and processes across the technician team Trains technicians on how to establish customer rapport to sell the right productsand services Understand sales criteria and holds the team accountable for exceeding revenuegoals Works closely and communicates with install coordinator and manager, dispatch,and customer service reps for optimal customer experience Monitors the performance of field technicians and advises them on necessaryimprovements through one-on-ones and riding along to customer jobs Reviews and approves invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and options sheets Troubleshoots customer issues and/or complaints Serves as a technical backup for field technicians when necessary Maintains assigned vehicles relative to cleanliness and assessment ofhazards/need for repairs Participate in operations and leadership meetings. Participates in and contributesto leadership activities, shapes company culture by carrying out values, ethics, andintegrity Creates and executes weekly training with the technician team Participate in recruitment and selection process Develop a proven track record in sales Ability to inspire and lead others to attain company goals Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities Strong verbal and written communication Quick, sound decision-making abilities Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy Excel in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to operate or to quickly learn a variety of communications systems Diagnose issues and solve problems for customers Performs other duties as assignedQualifications 5+ years of strong management and leadership experience required, with ademonstration ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams Plumbing or skilled trades industry experience preferred, but not required Strong people-first mindset with the ability to build trust, accountability, andengagement across diverse personalities Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and performance coaching skills IT competent with knowledge of Microsoft Office and modern mobile/fieldtechnology Reliable, punctual, and committed to regular attendance Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and continuous improvement mindset Good physical health with the ability to lift up to 40 poundsWhy join the Dependable Service Team?
