We are currently seeking qualified coaches who can deliver a fantastic workout experience to our clients.Orangetheory Fitness Coaches deliver scientifically pre-designed workouts for up to 45 clients per session. They have a strong ability to coach members of all abilities, effectively manage time and motivate multiple clients in a group setting. You will create studio culture, increase workout utilization and build the studio membership base.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESDeliver pre-designed workouts to groups of up to 45 clientsEnergize and motivate clients throughout the sessionsBuild session attendance and retain current clienteleEnsure safety of participants in regards to exercise technique and standard health and safety protocolsProvide options and challenges for specific exercises to accommodate various skill levelsAttend monthly fitness staff meetings and required educational presentationsHandle member concernsPartner with the front desk team on membership and heart rate monitor salesMake customer care calls JOB QUALIFICATIONSStrong knowledge of physiology, exercise technique and body mechanicsAbility to multi-task and stay organizedPositive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skillsDesire and capacity to train all fitness levelsCurrent fitness certification from an OTF approved education company: ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, AFAACPR/AED certification1+ years experience as a fitness trainer, group fitness trainer or personal trainer in the fitness industryExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to safely lift and move up to 40 lbs.Acknowledgement *I understand that I am applying for a position with an employer that is an independently owned and operated Orangetheory Fitness franchisee, not the franchisor, OTF Franchisor, LLC or any of its affiliates (OTFF).
