Title: Oracle OTM Functional ConsultantLocation: Atlanta, GAJob Description:ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a Senior Oracle OTM Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Oracle Transportation Management across the enterprise's North American and global logistics operations. The ideal candidate brings deep functional expertise in end-to-end OTM modules, a strong understanding of multi-modal transportation processes, and experience working in large-scale manufacturing or packaging environments with complex freight networks.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead configuration and implementation of OTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Planning and Execution, Freight Payment, Billing and Claims, Fleet Management, and Logistics Network ModelingAnalyze transportation processes and recommend optimization improvements and provide ongoing system supportWork collaboratively with Logistics and IT teams to understand program requirements and assist with evaluation of alternative solutionsConfigure rate management, routing guides, itinerary planning, carrier selection rules, and transportation sourcing within OTMSupport various logistics transportation modes including inbound and outbound, from simple point-to-point to complex multi-modal, multi-leg, and cross-docking operations, fleet management, supply chain management, and 3PLSupport integration between OTM and other systems including EDI, WMS, Order Management, Planning, and Financial systemsProvide Go-Live and post-implementation warranty support for resolving technical issues in accordance with agreed SLA termsConduct business process workshops, fit-gap analysis, and requirements gathering with logistics, procurement, and supply chain stakeholdersDevelop functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, and configurations within OTMManage system testing including SIT, UAT, and regression testing across dev, test, and production environmentsContribute to solution design including prototype configuration, solution documentation, and testingMonitor and optimize carrier performance, on-time delivery, tender acceptance, and freight cost managementMaintain system documentation, configuration guides, process flows, and operational runbooksMentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance across the OTM workstreamREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field9+ years of OTM experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations in mid to large projects across various industry segmentsStrong hands-on functional configuration expertise across core OTM modules — Order Management, Planning, Execution, Rate Management, Freight Settlement, and Carrier ManagementAdvanced SQL knowledge required in addition to XML, XSL, and BI PublisherExperience with various EDI and integration with OTM including 850, 860, 315, 210, 310, 410, 404, 204, 990, and 856 transaction setsStrong understanding of North American transportation modes including truckload, LTL, intermodal, parcel, and railExperience integrating OTM with Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion ERP, WMS, and financial systemsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to present complex logistics concepts to both technical and business audiencesExperience working in manufacturing, packaging, paper, or consumer goods industries is highly preferredPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with Oracle GTM (Global Trade Management) alongside OTM is a strong plusExperience with Oracle Fusion/EBS/WMS integrations, OTM workflows, SQL, and logistics/supply chain processesFamiliarity with Six Sigma, Lean, or continuous improvement methodologies aligned with manufacturing environmentsKnowledge of freight audit, freight payment, and carrier contract management processesExperience with large-scale multi-site, multi-country OTM rolloutsOracle OTM Cloud or on-premise certification is an added advantage
