Sr Manager Insurance & Claims

As a Sr. Manager, Insurance and Claims, you execute the company's risk transfer strategy across specific lines of insurance coverage. This position builds relationships with insurance brokers and carriers in order to understand the external industry and drive positive renewal and claims outcomes. You will be a subject matter expert across the organization to complete insurance renewals, describe coverage, review contracts and report claims to insurance carriers, as needed. This position also manages claims below Target's retentions, developing processes and making recommendations to improve efficiency and outcomes. This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
