This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills who can identify discrepancies, maintain data integrity, and help streamline the project approval process within the residential solar financing industry.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and process financing submissions for accuracy, completeness, and complianceIdentify discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies in project documentationEnsure quality standards and service-level expectations are consistently metEscalate unusual findings or potential issues to management in a timely mannerSupport daily operational workflows related to project closeout processingMaintain accurate records and documentation within internal systemsCollaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency and customer supportRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required1+ years of experience in data review, operations, finance support, or administrative processingStrong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExcellent communication and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, especially ExcelPreferred QualificationsAssociate s or Bachelor s degree preferredExperience in residential solar, financing, or project operationsSix Sigma Yellow Belt certification is a plusPrior experience in quality assurance or compliance review preferred
