This role is highly process-driven and is proactive in identifying opportunities to improve workflows and enhance output quality.Job Responsibilities:Execute quarterly strategic objectives set by Marketing Strategy CommitteeMaintain brand consistency across Wealth Management and Advisor Solutions businessesExecute client and advisor-focused marketing programs including collateral, events, and digital campaignsImplement marketing action plans with measurable objectives and performance metricsStreamline workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency across the teamProvide recommendations and insights based on internal observations and feedbackManage content calendar and editorial strategy implementationOversee website enhancements that optimize conversion pathwaysSupport M&A communications and advisor transitions with appropriate messagingImplement conference and micro-event programs and advisor marketing resourcesManage Credent's social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTubeCoordinate production and distribution of client-facing and advisor-facing video contentMaintain alignment between marketing initiatives and Credent's client experienceMonitor key performance indicators and provide routine reporting on key metricsMaintain compliance across all marketing programsDirect supervision of marketing specialistsManage relationships with agencies and vendorsGuide advisors on marketing best practices and available resourcesOversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverablesKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize competing demandsExperience with digital marketing platforms, analytics, and email marketing systemsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of compliance requirements in financial services marketingExperience supporting both retail and B2B marketing initiativesProactive work ethic with excellent organizational abilitiesCollaborative approach to cross-functional initiativesAttention to detail and consistent follow-throughProfessional demeanor aligned with Credent's standardsAdaptability and commitment to continuous improvementEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent work experienceExperience: 5+ years Marketing experience in financial services or related field
