You’ll partner closely with the General Manager and leadership team to ensure service excellence, compliance, and a great employee experience.Rotating schedule: Tuesday – Saturday and Monday – Friday (5:00 AM Start time)Role requires obtaining a DOT Medical CardDFS: Direct from Store (OMs drive to support teams and development)What You’ll Be Responsible ForDay-to-Day OperationsKeep a pulse on on-road operations, monitoring routes, exceptions, and service performance throughout the daySupport driver teams and customer service by troubleshooting issues, managing calls, and resolving delivery exceptionsEnsure manifests, routing, dispatch, and check-ins are accurate, compliant, and on timePartner with the Router to optimize routes while staying within DOT regulationsReview exceptions (reschedules, refunds, cancellations) and ensure everything is staged, labeled, and readyPeople LeadershipTrain, onboard, and support drivers and technicians so everyone understands the “why” behind the processManage driver schedules based on forecasts and hours budgetsConduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and collaborate with HR on engagement and accountabilityHelp build a culture where employees feel supported, informed, and set up for successProcess & ComplianceReview payroll for accuracy and resolve discrepanciesEnsure full compliance with check-in procedures, MARS cases, claims, and documentationInvestigate freight and Sedgwick claims and drive timely resolutionMaintain a clean, organized flow of paperwork, rosters, and daily recap reportingInventory & Facility SupportOrder office supplies, uniforms, and parts as neededOversee inbound/outbound staging from Home Depot locations for seamless dispatchWho You’ll Collaborate WithGeneral Manager & Leadership Team – strategic planning and executionRouter – daily dispatch and service optimizationRecruiting & HR – staffing, engagement, developmentSafety, Training & OpEx Teams – continuous improvement and onboardingWhat We’re Looking ForStrong operational leadership experienceProven ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solveComfortable using data and metrics to drive decisionsA people-first mindset with a passion for teamwork and accountabilityWhy Join Us?Because what you do matters.
