Job Title: Foundation Drill Rig OperatorLocation: Elk River, MN (Onsite)Position OverviewA sitework and foundation contractor is hiring a Foundation Drill Rig Operator to run heavy drilling rigs for deep foundations and soil support. You’re expected to operate with precision, uphold safety rigor, and keep equipment productive.Key Responsibilities• Set up and operate drill rigs according to project specifications• Execute drilling tasks with accuracy for foundation and support systems• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues• Comply with safety protocols at all times• Document work and daily productionRequirements• 3+ years operating foundation drill rigs or similar heavy equipment• Strong mechanical aptitude• Commitment to safety and production standardsPreferred Background• Experience on large civil foundation or sitework projects
