Benefits Administrator

Our client is a leading global trading firm known for combining advanced technology with exceptional talent to operate in dynamic financial markets worldwide.They are seeking a Benefits Administrator to join their HR team. In this role, you will support day-to-day administration of US benefits programs, manage leave of absence processes, deliver employee benefits support, and contribute to global benefits initiatives. You will partner closely with the HR team to ensure compliance, accuracy, and a positive employee experience.Key Responsibilities:Administer US benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, EAP, wellbeing, and voluntary benefits); support global benefits processes as neededServe as first contact for employee benefits and LOA inquiriesManage US leave of absence processes, including documentation, eligibility, and complianceConduct new hire benefits orientation and support open enrollment and renewal effortsOversee benefits invoicing, reconciliation, and vendor managementAnalyze benefits data and provide actionable insightsMaintain benefits dashboards and reporting metricsAssist with 401(k) testing, annual audits, and process improvementsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field2–3 years of experience in benefits administration and analyticsExperience with US benefits programs and compliance (FMLA, HIPAA, ADA, ERISA, state leave laws)Experience with Workday required, along with familiarity with HRIS and benefits platformsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsHigh attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
