A Brief Overview Leverage data analytics to support business decisions and enhance product development. Assist in the execution of product strategies with business requirement documentation, as well as driving data-informed decisions to optimize the bank's online presence and transactions. What You’ll Need to Succeed Product Development: Assist in the execution of the bank's digital strategy by providing data-driven insights and business requirement documentation for the development and implementation of digital initiatives and projects. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support Digital Banking and Online Application strategies and initiatives translating data to technical requirements. Support Product Officers in Business requirement documentation for third party developers. Support strategic planning by providing data-driven analysis and forecasts. Take on initiatives in implementation track of new functionalities and enhancements on product plan. Data collection and analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data sets from various sources, channel use and users behavior. Administer web analytics tools and database (e.g., App Data Warehouse and Tables). Perform data mining and trend analysis to identify key insights and patterns. Ensure data quality and integrity through validation and cleansing processes. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website performance, user engagement, and digital marketing campaigns. Reporting and insights: Develop and deliver reports, scorecards and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and trends. Provide actionable recommendations to improve channel performance and user experience. Present data findings to cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and management. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand user needs, market trends, gather and analyze data to provide development decisions. Collaboration and communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, marketing, operations, and management. Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization. Tool & process improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve BI and analytics tools and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics. Train and support end-users in utilizing BI tools and interpreting data reports. Personalization: Administer personalization roadmap for digital channels (Adobe, Digital Banking, Online Applications) Optimization and testing: Support A/B and multivariate testing to evaluate the effectiveness of personalization initiatives. Collaborate with digital marketing and the UX/UI team to enhance design based on data-driven insights. Monitor and analyze the performance suggesting optimizations to maximize ROI. Work closely with the SEO and content teams to optimize website content and structure. Perform other duties as assigned. Competencies Data analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Excel and analytic software. Excellent communication skills to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to documents data stories that influence product decisions. Critical thinking and logical reasoning to evaluate information and make data-driven decisions. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
