The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and implementing sales strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading a sales team, overseeing account management, analyzing sales data for insights, building strong relationships with clients, and mentoring team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.Qualifications3–6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in digital media, creator economy, e-commerce, or agency servicesProven experience in Sales and Sales ManagementStrong Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics and develop data-driven strategiesExpertise in Account Management and building lasting client relationshipsLeadership skills, including experience with Team Management and mentoring sales teamsExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of social commerce and live-shopping platforms is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
