Role Description This is a full-time, on-site summer role based in Charlottesville, VA. As a team member, you will present and promote CUTCO® products to potential customers, provide product demonstrations, and tailor solutions to meet customer needs. Additional responsibilities include managing customer interactions, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records of sales activity. Training will be provided, and you’ll have the opportunity to develop interpersonal, communication, and sales skills. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.Customer service and sales aptitude, including the ability to conduct product demonstrations and explain features effectively.Organizational and time management skills for scheduling appointments and maintaining records.Motivation to learn, take initiative, and work independently in a team-oriented environment.Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is beneficial but not required, as training is provided.High school diploma or equivalent required; college students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
