Kindly do not apply if you are H1B, EAD (including OPT), or looking for C2C**Overview:We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications.The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle, collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders, and guide development teams in implementing modern engineering best practices.This role requires deep expertise in full-stack development, microservices architecture, DevOps practices, cloud technologies, and application modernization initiatives, including AI-enabled solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline, or equivalent experience7+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering enterprise web applications7+ years of experience as a Java Full Stack Developer using Java, JavaScript, Angular, HTML, Spring Boot, React js and Node.js7+ years of experience developing and deploying REST/SOAP web services using microservices architectureStrong experience with MySQL, MongoDB, Postgres SQL, GitHub, Docker, and Identity & Access Management (IAM)Strong DevOps experience including GitHub Actions, Bamboo, SonarQube, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automationExperience developing responsive web applications and integrating third-party APIs and servicesStrong understanding of software development best practices, including code reviews, refactoring, test automation, secure coding, and CI/CDAbility to create scalable, maintainable, and defect-free applicationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsExperience collaborating with global and India-based development teamsAbility to understand and implement AI/LLM-enabled solutions while adhering to AI governance requirementsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to deliver technical demonstrations and present technical solutions to stakeholdersMust be able to work onsite in Pleasanton, CAAbility to travel up to 10%, based on project and client needsLimited immigration sponsorship may be availablePreferred Qualifications:Experience with Kubernetes and Docker containerization technologiesExperience with Azure cloud services and database systemsFamiliarity with Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) microservices architectureExperience working in Agile development environmentsExperience with testing tools such as JUnit, SOAPUI, Postman, and JMeterExperience leading development teams and mentoring engineersExperience designing and implementing enterprise-scale microservices solutionsKnowledge of cloud modernization and AI-enabled application architecturesResponsibilities:Lead the design, development, integration, and deployment of enterprise web applications and microservicesProvide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teamsCollaborate with engagement managers, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver technology solutionsDesign and develop applications using Java, JavaScript, Angular, Spring Boot, React js, Node.js, MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, GitHub, Docker, and IAM technologiesDevelop and support REST and SOAP services using modern microservices architectureEnsure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with engineering best practicesDrive adoption of CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, secure development, and software quality standardsCollaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful project deliveryTroubleshoot complex technical issues and support production deploymentsEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutionsSupport AI/LLM integrations and ensure compliance.EEO:“Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.”
