Packing & Secondary Operations - 1st and 2nd Shift
Responsible for packaging of finished goods and sorting of potentially defective material. May also be responsible for painting parts and operating trimming, broaching and sleeving machinery and performing any additional tasks that go along with these functions.
Responsibilities/Competencies:
Preparation of necessary labels and containers for finished goods.
Detect, segregate, and report any nonconforming materials found during either sort or packaging.
Record results of operations.
Follow appropriate safety regulations on a regular basis.
Keep work areas in a neat and organized manner.
Authority to stop shipment and stop production to correct quality problems when responsible for conformity to product requirements.
Conformance to all requirements of QMS, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
Perform additional duties as required.
