This role requires a professional who is comfortable making outbound cold calls, developing new relationships, and maximizing financial opportunities within an existing property & casualty client base. This position blends prospecting, discovery, and advisory conversations with both individuals and small business owners.Core Responsibilities:Prospecting & OutreachMake consistent outbound cold calls to generate new financial services opportunitiesProactively contact existing personal lines customers (auto, home, renters, umbrella)Develop referral relationships through client conversations and community outreachBuild and manage a personal prospect pipelineHousehold Financial DiscoveryConduct consultative conversations to uncover:529 college savings plansIRA and Roth IRA opportunities401(k) rollovers from former employersAsset consolidation and retirement planning needsEducate clients on available solutions and schedule follow-up meetingsSmall Business Financial SolutionsCall on small- to medium-sized business ownersIdentify and develop opportunities for:New or replacement 401(k) plansSEP-IRA plansSafe Harbor 401(k) plansCoordinate plan implementation and ongoing serviceCollaboration & CompliancePartner with the agency owner and team to increase household and business penetrationDocument activity, pipeline, and results in CRM systemsAdhere to all regulatory, licensing, and compliance standardsRequired Qualifications:Willingness and ability to make cold calls dailyStrong phone skills and confidence initiating conversationsFinancial services, banking, insurance, or investment experience preferredLife and Health License (or willingness to obtain)Series 6, 63, and/or 65 (or willingness to obtain)Organized, self-motivated, and goal-drivenRelationship-focused with a consultative approachWhat We Offer:Access to an existing property & casualty book of businessSupport, referrals, and collaboration within an established agencyClear expectations and measurable performance metricsCompetitive compensation with upside tied to productionLong-term career growth opportunityIdeal Candidate:You are someone who doesnt wait for opportunities to come to you.
