Job DescriptionOnsite L2 Desktop/Laptop Project TechTHIS IS FOR A 2.5-3 MONTH LONG PROJECT***Capable of "white-glove” customer service/care, excellent troubleshooting skillsWill travel (up to 50% of the time) to different sites in their respective region to:Provide one-off support during project hypercare windowTrain users on how to use the deviceMarket / champion OT PAW solutionResponsible for imaging/building laptops, identities based on provided build instructions and DWS processesResponsible for organizing, tracking inventory of returned and new devices, and reporting metricsResponsible for handling the rollout transaction with users and initial support for field workers who come onsite to drop off old device and pick up the new oneCompany DescriptionF2OnSite is the fastest growing IT field services company in the United States, with hundreds of employee technicians in over 40 states.
