Motor Vehicle Direct Client Service Specialist I - Temporary

Overview The Motor Vehicle Direct Client Service Specialist will assist the public by phone, mail, and electronic communication with DMV services. Responsibilities include reviewing, verifying, and processing applications for motor vehicle registrations, driver's licenses, and reinstatements, ensuring accuracy and completeness. The role also includes providing clear and accurate information to the public, maintaining accountability for fees and audits, completing weekly reports, managing office supply inventory, and researching transactions conducted at all DMV offices. Regular interaction with the public and handling a variety of applications are key parts of this position. This is not a remote position and work will take place within DMV offices. This is a temporary position and it is anticipated this position will work approximately 40 hours per week for seven (7) months. Who May
