Job Full DescriptionLocation: Bannockburn, IL Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift (32-40 hours/week)Shift Options: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM | 7:30 AM-4:00 PM | 8:00 AM-4:30 PMPay Rate: $22/hour Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire We are seeking a detail-oriented Textile Colorist to join a growing team for our client in Bannockburn, IL. This evaluation-to-hire role is perfect for someone eager to learn, highly organized, and interested in gaining exposure to color development, fabric quality, and cross-functional collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain color libraries, records, and daily color commentsValidate color accuracy using spectrophotometer/spectrometer readingsManage lab dip approvals and provide color direction for bulk productionCommunicate color data and feedback with domestic and overseas millsMaintain Color Continuity Books, tracking charts, and dashboardsSupport PLM and color software systemsAssist with fabric quality checks and organize physical samplesCollaborate across teams in a fast-paced, evolving environmentQualificationsColor/textile experience preferred but not requiredExperience with spectrophotometers, PLM systems, Excel, and Google Docs preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to visually assess colorOrganized, communicative, and eager to learnAbility to work in a lab/office setting 32-40 hours per weekWhy This Opportunity?$22/hour with flexible start timesEvaluation-to-hire with room for growthHands-on exposure to color development and textile processesAbout Express Employment Professionals:We are a locally owned staffing company partnering with employers across Lake County, IL.
