A bachelor degree or higher in Comp.sc, IT, or related disciplines/ Post graduate (preferable B Com./ M.com/MBA (Finance) with good Accounting domain understanding preferred.Responsibilities And DutiesTrain, Implement, and Support customizations in Dynamics 365 BC for new and existing customersWork with internal stakeholders to understand the functional requirements and scope out modifications and custom developmentMake functional recommendations for documentation and custom developmentEnsure development best practices are adhered to by other team membersCommunicate effectively in all mediums and to all levels within the organization.Identify software or service opportunities including training, modules, business process consulting, and developmentResponsible for understanding client requirements & preparation of FRDIdentify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis in order to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions.Should be responsible in managing the technical team and delivering projects (applicable to higher exp category)Should guide the team in Development/Coding/Creating Solutions.Required Experience, Skills And QualificationsDiploma or University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accountancy, or related disciplines;Must have implemented minimum 5 full cycle implementations on Dynamics Navision.Should be very strong on the Functional aspects and through with all modules.Experience with core business processes around SCM, Financials, Manufacturing, Distribution, Warehousing, and LogisticsExperience with AR,AP, Fixed assets, accounting, GSTResponsible for Functional Setup.Requirement Gathering, Documentation, GAP fit, Setup, Training, Deployment.Minimum 5 years of experience working on projects Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV 2016/2017/2018.Understanding of Events and Subscribers and Dynamics NAV Web Services (REST, SOAP, Json etc)Knowledge on RDLC Report &Security certificatesSharePoint and Azure LCS knowledge will be of added-advantageGreat communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in fast-paced environment running multiple tasks under tight deadlinesDeveloping complex customizations, data migration, plugins and integration to external systemsMicrosoft certified in related topics will be preferred.Must be able to manage time, prioritize and communicate commitmentsMust have strong client and internal communication skills with experience working in highly collaborative teamsMust be able to produce specific examples of work product (functional requirements, design, output, test plans, etc.)Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation toolsExcellent verbal & written communication skills in English languageAdditional Soft Skills & RequirementsMust have positive attitude and be approachable.Should have a learning mindset, willingness to evolve and go the extra-mile.Creative with new ideas, ways and initiatives and ability to execute the plan.Willingness to work on flexible shifts as per the projects assigned.
