Assists the Assistant Director of Client Services with daily operations at the Prestonwood Family Resource Center ("PFRC").Responsibilities:Receive, organize, and pick up local donationsSupervise and participate in daily PFRC procedures, such as helping clients, restocking resources, and donationsManage inventory platformAssist in maintaining a visually appealing boutique appearanceRecruit, interview, train and oversee PFRC volunteersSupport the PFRC team with planning, decorating, and hosting staff, volunteer and donor appreciation events and toursAssist with the preparation and execution of PRFC eventsProvide client care through material needs assessments and referrals to community partnersOffer opportunities for clients to build community through classes and groupsPerform car seat safety inspectionsOversee client check-in for in-person classesOther duties as assigned Requirements:Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of a Bible believing and preaching ministryPro-life in word and pro-love in actionPassionate about the mission of Prestonwood Pregnancy Center ("PPC")Willing to obtain National Child Passenger Safety certification and Application Assistance Navigator certificationBilingual; proficient ability to read, write and speak in English/SpanishAbility to work independently and maintain a high degree of confidentialityStrong communication skills both written and oralIntermediate skills with Microsoft Office productsPossess current Texas driver license, personal vehicle insurance, and clear driving record for clearance to drive PPC van as neededAbility to work a Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility to include approximately one evening per week, one Saturday per month, and PPC scheduled eventsAbility to work at a desk with a computer screen for extended periods of time, occasionally perform physical activities that require moving one's whole body, such as walking, stooping, pushing/pulling a cart, and lifting up to 30 pounds without assistance
