Electrical Sales ManagerPower-Flo Technologies is the premiere provider of supplies, services, and solutions to the electrical, industrial, mechanical, and automation industries. We are now hiring an Electrical Sales Manager to lead our New Hyde Park team.As the Electrical Sales Manager, you will lead and grow electrical and industrial sales across the Long Island and NYC region by building strong customer relationships, developing high-performing sales teams, and driving strategic growth.Essential ResponsibilitiesOwn regional electrical and industrial sales performance, with accountability for revenue growth and profitabilityLead a high-performing inside sales team through coaching, performance management, and professional growthBuild and maintain relationships with key customers and strategic accounts across the regionDevelop and maintain vendor relationshipsCollaborate with branch leadership, operations, and marketing to ensure alignment across sales execution, messaging, and customer experienceAnalyze performance metrics, pipeline health, and market trends to forecast results and adjust strategy as neededRepresent the company at industry events and customer meetingsTo be considered for this role, you must possess:Proven experience leading sales teams in the electrical, industrial, and/or power distribution industryTrack record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teamsProficiency with Microsoft OfficeExperience with ERP system Epicor Solar Eclipse a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsValid and clean driver's licenseExpected salary range: $90,000 - $130,000 base plus bonus eligibilityBenefits include:Medical, dental, and visionPTO Program and Paid Holidays401KEAPESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan)We are an equal opportunity employer.
