AWS/CES is looking for a Bilingual HR/Administrative CoordinatorMarysville, OH$21.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMTemp-to-Hire OpportunityPosition SummaryWe are seeking an organized and driven Administrative Coordinator to support daily office administration, onboarding, staffing, and recruiting functions within an automotive manufacturing environment. This individual will initially be hired on a temp-to-hire basis with the opportunity for long-term employment based on performance and business needs.This role serves as a key support position between Operations, Recruiting, and the workforce to ensure office operations, onboarding activities, and staffing processes run efficiently and professionally.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage daily office operations and organizationConduct new hire orientations and onboarding activities, including onboarding paperwork, I-9 employment verification, drug screen coordination, and compliance documentationComplete and maintain orientation paperwork, onboarding documentation, and accurate Salesforce updatesPartner closely with Operations leadership to understand current and upcoming staffing needsAssist office walk-ins and support applicants with applications and onboarding stepsDevelop an understanding of open positions and staffing requirements to appropriately place candidatesSupport recruiting and staffing activities including candidate communication, scheduling, and follow-upMaintain accurate employee records, onboarding documentation, and administrative reportsProvide administrative support for workforce operations, onboarding events, and project launchesAnswer phones, respond to emails, and support employee and applicant inquiries professionally and timelyMaintain confidentiality of employee and company informationSupport additional administrative and operational tasks as assignedQualificationsBilingual (English/Spanish) requiredHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 2 years of administrative, recruiting, staffing, HR, office management, or onboarding experience requiredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentProfessional demeanor with strong attention to detailPlease send your resume to Brittany@canadianexecutivesearch.comCESGLOW1
