Please find below the Job description and share your latest resume if you are interested?Position: Global Product Manager with Medical Devices/GMPLocation: Hybrid 3-4days a week in Brea CAVisa Status: Independent ConsultantDuration: Full-TimeFULL-TIME POSITIONRequire Skills:Minimum 5+ years of experienceBackground in Medical Devices industryStrong exposure to:Regulatory complianceGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)Global market experienceKey Skills & Competencies:Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilitiesExperience in product launches (end-to-end lifecycle preferred)Strong business strategy understandingAbility to work with cross-functional stakeholdersSolid project management skillsCore Responsibilities (High-Level):Drive product strategy and execution using data insightsLead or support global product launchesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, etc.)Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and GMP standardsSupport business growth through analytical decision-makingJob Description:The Global Product Managers is responsible for the complete product lifecycle management of assigned product categories globally. This includes highly detail-oriented day-to-day management of on-market products within the category as well as new product funnel development, execution through launch, and product obsolescence.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Delivers product revenue and margin for category portfolio, leveraging market dynamics, customer insights, product differentiation, and marketing strategies.Manage effective relationships and lines of communication with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customer service, operations, and commercial teams to support business objectives.Works closely with key stakeholders when analyzing the market, competition, clinical, and customer needs to identify customer challenges and develop category strategy and product roadmaps to meet customer needs and deliver on business objectives.Creates and implements go-to-market strategies and programs to drive the successful launch of new products, including product training.Develops positioning and value propositions for all products within assigned category and collaborates with Marketing on messaging.Develops all product claims and matrices for maintaining product claims.Manages product lifecycle for the client product portfolio, including identification and execution of product obsolescence, globally or regionally.Serves as product / market expert related to product positioning, competition, product performance and market trends.Maintains a strong understanding of global market dynamics and competitive environment and impact on business unit results.Accountable for pricing strategy and update execution for assigned categories.Attends, understands, and actively participates in Daily Management meetings to stay abreast of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and top priorities.Champions and participates in continuous improvement activities under the client Business System (EBS) to contribute to a high-performing team.Travels up to 20% travel domestically and internationally via ground and/or air.Incidental Duties:The above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this job.They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, and indeed additional responsibilities may be assigned, as required, by management.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.This individual must be able to function in a fast-paced environment, where priorities may change rapidly.The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required.Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience required in a highly regulated industry, preferably in the medical device or dental industry.Experience working through distribution as well as a direct model highly preferred.Skills and Abilities:Detail-oriented and the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists required.Ability to think critically and in tactical and strategic dimensions simultaneously required.Skills, knowledge, and aptitude to engage, influence, and direct all functions involved in the project required.Solid organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously required.Strong financial acumen and ability to articulate a business case required.Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment required.Strong data analytics skills and intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook required.Proficient in using project management tools to develop schedules, allocate resources, and establish program budgets required.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English required.Exceptional presentation skills required.Physical Demands: Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.Constantly sits.Frequently uses hands and fingers.Occasionally walks and stands.Rarely bends and stoops.Occasionally reaches up/down with arms.Thanks and RegardsKaran Rajput | US IT RecruiterDesk: 609-973-8207 || Phone: 201-351-8981 ||
