In this field-based role, you'll act as a trusted advisor and coach-helping teams improve sales, streamline operations, and deliver a top-tier customer experience.This position is ideal for someone who thrives on the road, enjoys working directly with teams, and has a passion for operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.What You'll DoDrive Operational ExcellencePartner with service locations to improve daily operations and performanceEnsure alignment with regional goals, processes, and brand standardsIdentify inefficiencies and implement practical, results-driven solutionsCoach & Develop TeamsTrain staff on service processes, sales techniques, and inspection standardsProvide hands-on coaching to improve team performance and accountabilityServe as the go-to expert for light repair and express service operationsAnalyze Performance & Improve ResultsReview KPIs and Repair Orders (ROs) to uncover trends and opportunitiesDevelop and implement action plans to close performance gapsTrack progress and drive measurable improvements across locationsSupport Sales & Service GrowthAssist with tire and general service sales strategiesHelp optimize inventory, pricing, and product offeringsPlan and support quarterly sales events and promotionsEnsure Quality & ComplianceConduct operational audits focused on workflow, cycle times, and service qualityMonitor adherence to safety, cleanliness, and customer service standardsEnsure accurate use of systems, processes, and reporting toolsField Support & ProjectsMaintain detailed visit reports and performance documentationSupport local marketing efforts, including SEO and competitive analysisContribute to regional initiatives and special projectsWhat You BringExperience & BackgroundExperience in automotive service, retail operations, or multi-site environmentsStrong understanding of service workflows, sales processes, and customer experienceSkills & StrengthsExcellent coaching, communication, and relationship-building skillsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionSelf-motivated and comfortable working independently in the fieldTechnical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Comfortable working with operational data and reporting toolsRequirementsValid driver's license requiredAbility to travel up to 80% (including overnight travel)High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's preferred)What Success Looks LikeMeasurable improvement in KPIs across assigned locationsIncreased sales and service performance at the store levelConsistent execution of operational standards and processesStrong relationships with store teams and leadershipEqual Employment Opportunity (EEO) StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our company.
