Senior .NET / Python Developer / Technical Lead
Location: Charlotte, NCWork Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsiteExperience: 8+ yearsEmployment Type: Full-Time / ContractPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, Python, data processing, databases, and enterprise application development.The ideal candidate will have a strong background building and supporting enterprise applications using C#/.NET, along with the ability to integrate .NET applications with Python scripts, automation frameworks, and data-processing workflows. Experience working across application, database, deployment, and DevOps layers is highly valued.This role requires someone comfortable working in a complex enterprise environment, troubleshooting production issues, supporting deployments, and collaborating with development, data, and infrastructure teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using C# and .NET / .NET Core.Develop and maintain Python scripts, automation frameworks, and data-processing workflows.Integrate Python code and scripts with .NET applications, including passing parameters, consuming structured outputs, and incorporating Python processing into automated application workflows.Build solutions supporting data processing, analytics, and data science workflows.Work with Oracle and SQL Server databases, including complex SQL, PL/SQL/T-SQL, query optimization, and database development.Support ETL and data integration processes across enterprise systems.Assist with productionization and deployment of Python-based data and analytical solutions.Develop, troubleshoot, and support applications across development, test, and production environments.Work with Docker, OpenShift, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines to build and deploy applications.Utilize Azure and Azure DevOps for source control, work management, build/release pipelines, and deployments.Investigate and resolve issues across application, database, infrastructure, and deployment layers.Participate in production support, controlled releases, deployments, and incident resolution.Collaborate with developers, data engineers, DevOps teams, architects, and business stakeholders.Provide technical leadership, code reviews, design guidance, and mentoring as needed.Required Qualifications10+ years of professional software development experience.Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core.Strong experience with ASP.NET and enterprise application development.Hands-on Python development and automation experience.Demonstrated experience integrating .NET applications with Python scripts/code.Strong experience with Oracle and/or SQL Server, including SQL development and optimization.Experience with ETL, data processing, and enterprise data workflows.Experience with Docker and OpenShift.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.Experience with Azure and/or Azure DevOps.Strong production support and troubleshooting experience.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid enterprise environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience with NumPy, Pandas, or similar Python data-processing libraries.Exposure to data science, AI, or machine-learning workflows.Experience productionizing data or analytical models.Experience with Helm and OpenShift deployment automation.Experience supporting highly regulated or complex enterprise environments.Technical leadership or team lead experience.Experience working across application development, databases, DevOps, and production support.Technical EnvironmentDevelopment: C#, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, PythonData: Oracle, SQL Server, PL/SQL, T-SQL, ETL, NumPy, PandasDevOps/Cloud: Docker, OpenShift, Helm, Azure, Azure DevOps, CI/CDResponsibilities: Application Development, Python/.NET Integration, Data Processing, Production Support, Deployment, Troubleshooting, Technical LeadershipWork ArrangementThis position is based in Charlotte, NC and requires 3 days onsite per week.
