HFVCO is hiring for Maintenance Technicians / Electrical Technicians in Shawnee, OK. 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift openings: 1st Shift: 7am-3pm 2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm 3rd Shift: 11pm-7am Pay very much depends on experience & skills: $25/hr. - $35/hr. Full benefits Position Summary Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician (Millwright) to maintain, repair, and optimize heavy industrial equipment in a copper tube & coil manufacturing plant. The role involves hands-on work in casting, melting, pressing, winding & coiling, and preventative maintenance to ensure high uptime and product quality. Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on casting and melting equipment, presses, coilers, winders, and tube‐forming machines. Troubleshoot mechanical failures: shafts, gears, couplings, rollers, bearings, and drive systems. Disassemble, rebuild, align, install, and maintain mechanical components and assemblies. Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment and modifications. Maintain and repair plant equipment to ensure compliance with safety, OSHA. Work with maintenance planner to prioritize tasks, manage parts inventory, and reduce downtime. Support continuous improvement initiatives: suggest mechanical improvements, participate in root cause analyses of mechanical failures. Qualifications / Requirements High School Diploma or GED required; technical or trade school training in industrial maintenance, machining or millwright skills preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of industrial maintenance / millwright experience (preferably in metal, tube, coil, or similar environment). Ability to read mechanical drawings, blueprints, and align equipment to spec. Experience with presses, coilers, winders, melting / casting machinery. Strong mechanical aptitude, welding/fabrication skills are a plus. Must be able to lift heavy equipment (up to 50-100 lbs), work in hot/cold environments, climb, bend, etc. ELECTRICAL TECHNICIANS Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in electrical/control systems in manufacturing or tubular/metal production environment. Experience with PLC programming / troubleshooting, HMI, instrumentation, sensors. Are you interested? Apply today!
