Internship Program Overview The Justrite Safety Group Summer Internship Program is a high-impact, project-based experience designed to develop the next generation of leaders in industrial safety manufacturing. Interns are not observers...they are key contributors. Each intern is assigned a capstone project tied to real business priorities and works closely with experienced leaders, high-potential mentors, and cross-functional teams. This program is intentionally designed to Deliver measurable business impact Provide exposure to industrial manufacturing and safety solutions Develop professional and leadership skills Create a pipeline into future full-time and leadership development opportunities at Justrite Safety Group Top-performing interns may be considered for full-time roles or future leadership development programs upon graduation. Position Summary The Quality Intern will support the team through a structured capstone project aligned to key business needs. This role offers hands-on experience in an industrial safety manufacturing environment, exposure to real-world challenges, and the opportunity to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities will vary by function but may include Execute a capstone project focused on quality improvement, defect reduction, or process standardization Analyze quality data (scrap, rework, nonconformances, customer complaints) to identify trends and root causes Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities using structured problem-solving tools Assist with documentation updates including work instructions, inspection plans, and quality records Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations teams to improve process capability Participate in audits, inspections, and quality reviews as appropriate Participate in Intern Week, professional development sessions, and networking events Present final project outcomes and recommendations during Capstone Presentations to leadership What You'll Gain Real-world experience in industrial safety manufacturing Direct exposure to experienced professionals and industry leaders Mentorship from a high-potential employee focused on your development Hands-on problem-solving and project ownership Professional development in communication, analysis, and presentation skills Insight into career paths within Justrite Safety Group Qualifications / Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Operations, EHS, Finance, Business, Marketing, HR, Analytics, or related discipline) Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Curiosity, initiative, and interest in industrial manufacturing or safety solutions Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); additional tools a plus Why Justrite Safety Group At Justrite Safety Group, interns work alongside the best in the industrial safety industry - engineers, operators, safety professionals, and business leaders who design products that protect lives every day.
