You'll learn to build relationships, serve customers, and turn opportunities into policies—supported by a team that wants you to succeed.RESPONSIBILITIESGenerate new business by executing a structured activity plan, including:Inbound lead follow-up Outbound calling and outreach Prospecting and converting qualified leads into opportunitiesManage customer accounts by keeping customer and policy details accurate and up to date in the CRM/database.Support customers with:Policy questions and general inquiries Policy changes and updates Clear guidance on coverage options and next stepsPartner with underwriters to help applications and requests move forward efficiently and support timely policy issuance.Maintain follow-through by tracking performance, documenting calls/statuses, and ensuring next steps are completed so leads don't slip away.Represent the agency professionally with strong communication and a customer-first mindset at every touchpoint.EXPECTATIONSBe on time and ready to perform—this is an execution-focused role where effort shows.Be coachable: you'll receive feedback; your responsibility is to apply it quickly and keep improving.Be a team asset: communicate clearly, collaborate, and help maintain a positive office culture.Bring energy and ownership every day—be the best version of yourself and take pride in your results.Stay consistent with daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and next steps) to build pipeline and meet goals.QUALIFICATIONSTeam player with a competitive spirit and a positive attitude.Excellent customer service and communication skills (friendly, clear, confident).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—accuracy is essential in insurance.Basic computer skills and comfort working in a CRM/databasePrevious experience at an insurance agency is a plus, or being currently P&C and/or Life licensedPrior sales and/or call center experience is a plus.Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.LICENSE REQUIREMENTThis is a licensed Insurance Sales position.
