Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our home models, features, and community offerings to effectively communicate benefits to buyers. Sales Process: Guide clients through the sales process, from initial interest to closing. Prepare and present sales agreements, and ensure all documentation is completed accurately. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth home buying experience. Lead Management: Follow up on leads, manage client databases, and maintain relationships to drive sales and referrals. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and construction teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed on schedule.
