The company is already revenue-generating and rapidly scaling its enterprise platform across Fortune 1000 customers.Their product is transforming accounts receivable operations using AI to automate invoicing, cash application, and collections—helping large organizations accelerate payments, reduce manual workflows, and eliminate revenue leakage.They’re now looking to hire a Forward Deployed Engineer to work closely with the CTO at the intersection of engineering, product, and enterprise customers, deploying AI solutions directly into complex real-world environments.This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys ownership, customer interaction, and solving ambiguous technical challenges while shipping impactful solutions quickly.What You’ll DoWork directly with the CTO to deploy, customize, and scale AI-driven solutions for enterprise customersAct as a technical point of contact and client-facing partner, owning implementations from discovery through production rolloutHandle ad-hoc technical challenges including debugging, integrations, data workflows, and custom configurationsTranslate customer requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions while maintaining product integrityCollaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to influence the product roadmap and platform improvementsSupport integrations with enterprise systems such as ERPs, accounting platforms, and internal financial toolsOccasional on-site travel with customers (~10%, optional for more)What They’re Looking ForStrong software engineering background with experience building or deploying production systemsComfortable working directly with customers while remaining deeply technicalThrives in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments and enjoys wearing multiple hatsExperience working with APIs, integrations, and modern backend systemsStrong problem-solving ability and the confidence to troubleshoot complex technical issuesExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersNice to HaveBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fieldExperience in enterprise SaaS, fintech, or AI-driven platformsPrior experience in forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consultingFamiliarity with financial workflows such as billing, invoicing, or accounting systems
