IT Support Technician Location: Tallmadge, OH (3 nearby locations) Company: Jetpack Shipping About the Role Do you like computers, fixing things, and figuring stuff out? Jetpack Shipping is looking for a dependable, hands-on IT Support Technician who's hungry to learn and not afraid to jump in. You don't need to be a software developer or have years of IT experience. If you're resourceful, curious, and willing to learn, this role has huge growth potential. This is a real-world, boots-on-the-ground IT role supporting our manufacturing and fulfillment teams across three nearby locations. What You'll Be Doing Fixing printers, computers, scanners, and other everyday tech Setting up new workstations and equipment Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues Helping employees get back to work quickly when tech breaks Installing and maintaining electronics and basic IT equipment Traveling between three nearby Jetpack locations as needed Learning how the business works and finding better ways to use technology Who We're Looking For You might be a great fit if you are: Hungry to learn and believe anything is possible if you put the work in Resourceful and like figuring things out instead of giving up Dependable - people can count on you to show up and follow through Comfortable around computers, electronics, and hardware Someone who enjoys hands-on problem-solving Able to explain things simply to non-technical people No software development experience required.
