Why You'll Love Being a Red Rocker: Employee Loan Discounts Financial Growth: 401(k) match (100% on first 3%) Tuition Reimbursement Flexible PTO & 11 Paid Holidays What You'll Do: Lead and oversee daily operations of the Town Center branch to ensure efficiency and exceptional member service Hire, onboard, train, and develop team members, fostering a high-performing and engaged team Drive branch performance by coaching staff to meet sales, service, and financial goals Build strong relationships with members and the community to support growth in deposits, loans, and membership Partner cross-functionally to execute outreach and community engagement strategies Maintain operational excellence, including cash handling, vault management, transactions, and compliance (BSA) Ensure adherence to security, policies, and regulatory requirements Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance member and employee experience You'll Thrive in This Role If You: Are passionate about developing others and leading with a coaching mindset Take initiative and drive results while maintaining a positive, solutions-focused attitude Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and exceptional member focus Enjoy building relationships and engaging with your local community Embrace continuous improvement and operational excellence What We're Looking For: 3-5 years of relevant leadership or branch banking experience Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive performance, and influence outcomes Strong business development and relationship-building skills Knowledge of financial products, services, and quality service standards Ability to develop and implement effective processes and procedures Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills Relevant education, certifications, or equivalent experience Work Environment This is a full-time, in-person role (Monday-Friday with rotating Saturday mornings).
