This individual will bring experience identifying and selling consulting, engineering, design-build and EPC projects across CDM Smith's target industrial client markets and capabilities. This individual has helped clients successfully implement industrial infrastructure and facility capital projects, meet water management objectives, comply with environmental requirements, or address other related needs. As an integral member of our dynamic Industrial team, the Client Service Leader contributes by:ResponsibilitiesLeading business development, client engagement, client service management, and strategic marketing for multiple major industrial clients in the U.S. including hi-tech facilitiesDeveloping and maintaining high value relationships with industrial clientsGrowing market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists as they work for clients to deliver high quality projectsCollaborating with our award-winning technology group to stay at the forefront of leading-edge tools that improve project delivery for clientsImplementing short and long-term strategies that contribute to the growth and profitability of CDM SmithMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree.12 years of related experience.Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.Preferred QualificationsConsulting, Design, and EPC business development experience in industrial markets with demonstrated client relationship building in at least one of the following client sectors: oil/gas, chemicals, food/beverage, manufacturing, data centers, hi-tech, and power.Strong technical knowledge and job-related practical experience with industrial water and wastewater management, including treatment systems, wastewater reuse, and regulatory compliance.Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.SalaryPay Range Minimum: $120,973Pay Range Maximum: $211,723All bonuses at CDM Smith are discretionary and may or may not apply to this position.BenefitsHybrid work options may be considered for successful candidate.EEO StatementWe attract the best people in the industry, supporting their efforts to learn and grow.
